January 8 - Cancelled

Church policy is if Sunday morning worship is cancelled then all other activities are also cancelled.  Unfortunately that includes basketball.  I realize that most of this winter junk will be cleared up by the time we would normally play but my hands are tied.  I'm sorry guys.  Believe me, I really hate it since I don't have many more runs left until I pack up and leave so I'm really bummed.  And the bad part is I don't have good news for next week.  Check back soon.  -Ed

January 1 - Let's Do This!

Happy new year! We will indeed be playing basketball Sunday night, New Year's Day at 7:00 p.m.  Don't forget to reserve your spot by contacting me starting New Years Eve. Only the first 15 guys on the list will play. Hope to see you then. -Ed

Christmas Break

We have had some great games lately but now we are on hiatus until January. Check back to see our playing status. Hope you have a wonderful Christmas time with family and friends. Peace. -Ed

December 11

We will be playing this Sunday night at 7:00. This will be our last run of the year. Don't forget to text or call me to get your name on the list. First 15 get to play. This past week was a great run. Best games in a while. Come out for another great night of basketball. -Ed

December 4

We're back on the court this Sunday night at 7:00. Remember....you must call or text me to reserve your spot. Only the first 15 guys who contact me will play (my contact info is on the right). Hate doing it that way but attendance has gotten out of control. Too many players makes it not fun. See you soon. -Ed

November 20 & 27

Taking a short hiatus.  We will not be playing Sunday, November 20th or the 27th due to church events.  We will resume playing basketball December 4.  At that time, we will be going on a reservation basis.  If you want to play on a given week, you must call or text me to reserve your spot. I will start taking reservations on the Friday before the Sunday we play.  With the huge turnouts we have had recently, this is the only way I know to keep the numbers at no more than 15.  More than that and it's just too many people to get on the court.  And I hate to turn anyone away at the door after they have made the trip to the church.  Look forward to getting back on the court with you soon.  -Ed
