September 25 (Update!)

Because of a last minute prayer meeting being organized at the church, we will not be playing basketball Sunday night. I'm sorry for the change. I will do all I can to get us playing next Sunday. Stay in touch. -Ed

Our "pick-up" basketball games were first started by Pastor Charlie Cole. They were a small gathering of a few youth and some other church members playing a little "cross court" basketball. Over time, the participation grew to where we set up and started playing full court. The weekly group size has varied greatly but there have been times when more than 20 people would show up to play. Some of our participants would drive from over an hour away to play, claiming that our games were some of the best around. Currently, the basketball program is on hiatus until someone can be found to organize and run it.
